[Using Sakai] Advice on Elluminate Implementation

I also think one installation with multiple app servers is the case here, 
but in case of different and concurrent installations, things may vary 
depending on the third-party system, especially, if they need to talk to a 
(one) hosted Elluminate Live! system.

We (UIC) were also looking to license Wimba Classrooms, but after seeing 
the Blackboard Collaborate roadmap, decided to look instead at Elluminate 
Live! (and Adobe Connect) with seamless integration with our Blackboard 
Learn on-prem system.
