[Using Sakai] getting started?

Ok... I know I can hit up one of the vendors/support groups for a demo 
course.

Unfortunately, we need to experiment w/ exporting LARGE courses from 
Angel 7.3 and bringing them into Sakai, so I don't think a vendor set up 
would work.

Anyway, I've managed to get Sakai installed on a virtualbox vm using the 
directions at 
http://collab.sakaiproject.org/pipermail/sakai-dev/2010-August/008738.html


But now I need docs for my actual next steps.  For example, when I 
create a new account, the account type has nothing in it.  I guess I 
need to create an admin user, so I can create other users, create 
courses, and add those other users to those courses as 
editors/creators/instructors.
