[Using Sakai] Assignment Grading using the Download All feature

In the Assignment  Grade  Download All feature, we have noticed the
Grade.csv file generated is not in alphabetical order. In fact, it doesn't
appear to be in any order whatsoever (unless it's using the UID values
Sakai assigns when the accounts are created). Is this true? Is there a way
to change the way it orders these accounts from whatever method it uses to
Alphabetical-by-last-name (without having to manually edit the csv file in
Excel)?
