[Using Sakai] Blog tools in Sakai

Hi Daniel,

We are using BlogWow at production with
BW-48<http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/BW-48>applied. Blogs are not
very used in our installation, but the tool seems to
serve our users needs.
