[Using Sakai] Equation Editor for FCK

Russell:

rSmart has integrated the Sferyx Equation Editor into the Rich Text
Editor in the Melete/Lessons tool in the rSmart Sakai CLE, and with
some more work, it could probably be extended into the FCK Editor
throughout Sakai. Sferyx does require additional licensing.
