[Using Sakai] how to install sakai bin in an existing tomcat6

Hi Tapas,
In addition to Stephen's reply, you'll also want to download and unpack a standalone zip/tar from tomcat.apache.org, not install it via apt-get. The versions of Tomcat that these package managers install can be troublesome with their funky layout and permissions.
