[Using Sakai] WebDAV, AnyClient, Slowness

Yes, *another* WebDAV question. =)

I've turn one of our clients on to AnyClient and Cyberduck. He loves Cyberduck, but on Windows 7, he reports that AnyClient seems particularly slow to upload (375 kbps, where he's getting much better upload speeds with Cyberduck). Barring some kind of network issue, has anyone else experienced anything like this? I know AnyClient is the preferred Windows client, but any other ones out there that people like which may work better for him?
