HI Shawn,
WebDAV has been problematic in a variety of ways since the early days
of Sakai. At UMIch we now recommend that users who are unable to
connect using the instructions given in the Upload-Download Multiple
Resources page use one of the free 3rd-party clients that we've
tested and verified as working with Sakai. Both of these also
support other file transfer protocols such as FTP. To date, these
solutions have worked in nearly 100% of the cases where users could
not previously connect. We're currently testing separate
instructions for Windows 7 and will update accordingly. Chuck
Hedrick is currently working on updating the Upload-Download Multiple
Resources instructions for inclusion in Sakai 2.7 using part of our
instructions as well as those from other institutions (SAK-18008).
