[Using Sakai] Tests & Quizzes Oddity - more "No Answers" then what there is

Hi
Just came across this in Tests & Quizzes in 2.7
Have a series of MCQs with negative marking. 
Looked under Total Scores once quiz submitted and a particular student did not answer 8 questions.
Export the results in the spreadsheet and according to that, the student did not answer "No Answer", 82 out of 100 questions. Which is defn not true.

Anyone else came across this by any chance?
