[DG: User / Using Sakai] Removal Instructions

Hi
Something is not working right. A long time ago I unsubscribed myself
from all the SAKAI mailing list. Suddenly I am back on the mailing list
and start receiving lots of e-mail again.
Could you please check what changes you guys made that is causing this?
