[DG: User / Using Sakai] How to unsubscribe - you must do it yourselves.

Bad netiquette? How about the bad netiquette of resetting a system so everyone's nomail or digest settings are erased and they're bombarded with unexpected and unauthorized mail? 

If anyone needs scolding, it's the list hosts - not bewildered subscribers.
