[DG: User / Using Sakai] Creating sites in sakai

[Am Khan]

As Sakai Admin we can create new sites in two ways:

1)      Worksite Setup > New Site
2)      Sites > New Site

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is? I can see with the option 1) I need to provide an academic term for course sites.
