[Using Sakai] Import from Site

Every site has a role defined as the 'maintain' role. You can see it
when editing a site with the admin sites tool. There is a field for the
role name that is the 'maintain' role. So whatever that role is, that's
the role a site creator gets. You have to be that role to be considered
an 'owner' of the site. Being an owner in the from site lets you import it.
Check what the maintain role is in the site you want to import, and make
sure you are that role in that site.
