[Using Sakai] Sakai 2.6 for blind student

In theory, Sakai is compatible with modern screen reader applications,
commonly used by blind users. In practice, I'm not sure that JForum has
been tested for compatibility. My recommendation would be to set up a
screen reader and try it out against your Sakai instance.
