[Using Sakai] Sign-up list

Hi,
You could use Forums tool; post your topics as topics in a forum and have
students claim them via adding threads to the appropriate topic.  I think
you might also be able to use one of the blogging tools analogously: you
expose the topics as posts and students claim them via comment.
