[Using Sakai] How to enable certain users to be able to duplicate course site, created by another user

Hi,

A new feature in Sakai is that sites can be marked as templates via a  
site property and then they are available to base the creation of a  
new site from in Worksite Setup. This is in trunk and should be in  
2.7. Would that do what you are after?
