Hi Pablo,

Thank you for asking and copying that QA list.

Are you checking the log files? Usually on QA servers email is not turned
on because one has to set up an email server. There is a property that
sends emails to log files that usually is turned on. So it is not as easy
to check, but you can check the logs.

If you are checking the logs and it is still not working, then we will need
to investigate further.
