[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai 10 "Customize Tabs" weirdness on FF

Hi Sakai-Dev and Sakai-qa,

To reproduce on Sakai 10-qa04.

Use Firefox on Mac or Windows

1) Log into Sakai. Preferably an account that has at least a couple of 
sites (or create a couple of sites).

2) Click on Preferences

3) Move at least one site between My Workspace and Active Sites

4) Click Update

5) Wait

On Firefox, after the update occurs (and it seems to take longer to 
update than on other browsers), strange formatting weirdness occurs, 
like the CSS formatting is lost.

I've tested on Mac - Chrome, Safari, Firefox; Windows 7 - Chrome, IE 11, 
Firefox

Only consistently happens on Firefox. On Windows 7/Chrome, happened the 
first time, but then Chrome updated to a newer version and seemed to fix 
the problem.

Not sure if I should open a Jira?
