[WG: Sakai QA] 10.x nightly down

Hi,

This error in the build logs for 10.x nightly looks familiar:

[INFO] Sakai Emailtemplateservice Tool (emailtemplateservice-tool) FAILURE
[  8.447 s]

Was that one of those things that just tends to clear up on it's own and I
should ask Indiana to restart the server?
