[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai core team meeting and Sakai 10.1 status

Based on status from yesterday's Sakai Core team (which is an open meeting
btw), we expect to have RC01 by early next week.

Feel free to continue verifying fixed issues [1] (normally this would
require testing on trunk nightly [2] ).  If you don't have Jira permissions
to see the "Tested" button, or have any other questions, please check with
me.
