[WG: Sakai QA] QA5 and QA29 servers

Gmail didn't let me finish...
The servers available are:
http://qa5-us.sakaiproject.org/
http://sakai-qa29.blackboard.com/portal

Neither of these servers has the Academic term populated, so it is
impossible to create any course sites. Is there any chance of this being
fixed in the near future?
