[WG: Sakai QA] Some error requesting pages on qa10.longsight.com

[Neal Caidin]

I am not seeing this behavior on trunk though, which seems odd. The 
switching does not seem to cause the problem, but also does not display 
the switched name for the course on the tab. On QA01 it does show the 
switched name, but initially I get the CSS problem.
