[WG: Sakai QA] Test Fest for RC3

Hello Sakai Community!

We have already begun the latest phase for 2.8 QA testing with the Release 
Candidate 3 (RC3). Through our combined effort we have been testing the 
releases and have been identifying possible issues. As always, the more 
eyes on the product the better.

I would like to offer special thanks to Rutgers University for their 
continued effort throughout this testing process. They have contributed a 
great deal to this initiative and have been able to offer some valuable 
feedback.

Finally, if you can find 30 minutes at some point this week to help in 
this effort then follow the URL below to get started. Even if you have 
never tested before, you'll be able to quickly get up to speed and testing 
after reviewing the Test Fest material.
