[WG: Sakai QA] Upcoming Sakai 2 Technical Coordination Committee leadership changes

Hello,

The Sakai 2 Technical Coordination Committee uses a rotating 
chair/vice-chair model -- patterned after the Maintenance Team -- 
for its leadership.

On February 1, the current terms for TCC chair and vice-chair 
will end, and Megan May will become chair. Last week, the TCC 
elected Beth Kirschner as its new vice-chair.

Congratulations to Megan and Beth.
