[WG: Sakai QA] Release Management Call, 20 Jan 2011, 10 AM EST

Chief issues to discuss on tomorrow's call include: 1) the current release timeline, 2) open blockers/critical tickets including doc updates and conversion script testing, 3) QA testing, 4) the character of the next QA tag (beta/rc?).  In particular, we need to evaluate whether or not the current release timeline remains realistic.  If not, we need to adjust it accordingly.

I just knocked off a blocker so we have one less with which to deal.  :)

3. Tickets to Merge (n=44*)

* We've seen a sudden jump in requests to merge, including 24 tickets targeting i18n tweeks

4. QA update

Marist/rSmart have organized a bug bash -- we'll need update from Alan on this effort together with other QA work
