[WG: Sakai QA] QA3-US will be going down to get the next qa tag

QA3-US will be going offline shortly to pick up the new 2.8.0 rc1 tag.
Expect a period of downtime while the database is restored to 2.7.1 data and then converted to 2.8.0.
