[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai Test Fest 2/25

Dear Sakai Collaborators,

This is a reminder for the next phase of the Tests Fests. They will begin 
at 2 PM EST tomorrow and will last until 12 PM (Noon) on March 4. Will be 
focusing on the first release candidate (RC1) servers. We ask that anyone 
who is available to test to join in this effort as we are at the release 
candidate stages. So even if you can only participate for a short amount 
of time it is still a big help because it allows us to have more eyes on 
the RC.
