[WG: Sakai QA] QA3-US going down to pick up the new tag

QA3-US is going down to pick up the new tag.  The database will be restored to 2.6.0 content and the various conversions run.  Hopefully the DB can be restored before the end of the day.  If not, it won't be back up until Tuesday as the US has a holiday on Monday.
