[WG: Sakai QA] Jira: sakai-2.7.0-rc01 testing (next fix version sakai-2.7.0-rc02)

I've added "2.7.0-rc02" as the next  Jira Sakai project tag.  Treat this as the next "fix version" if you uncover regressions while testing sakai-2.7.0-rc01.  QA/Release management will be evaluating any regressions discovered in the rc01 tag.  If necessary I'll cut an rc02; otherwise, we will reset the fix versions of any issues discovered that are not considered 2.7.0 release blockers (i.e., changing 2.7.0-rc02 to 2.7.1) and carry on with the 2.7.0 release.

If you are testing "indie projects" that feature there own Jira spaces (e.g., basiclti, kernel, msgcntr, profile2, samigo and sitestats) the next fix versions are as follows:

basiclti-1.1.2
kernel-1.1.9
msgcntr-2.7.0-rc05 (if no tickets require a further rc the msgcntr team will release msgcntr-2.7.0 when sakai-2.7.0 is released)
profile2-1.3.9
samigo-2.7.0-rc03 (again, if no tickets force another rc, the samigo team will release samigo-2.7.0 when sakai-2.7.0 is released)
sitestats-2.1.4

Other than msgcntr and samigo, there are no plans at present to roll any new indie releases that will be deployed with sakai-2.7.0.  I only mention the next "fix versions" should problems arise.
