[WG: Sakai QA] Two new branch managers: Jon Cook and Anthony Vargo (Indiana University)

Jon Cook and Anthony Vargo (both of Indiana University) have  
volunteered to assist on a part-time basis with 2.7.x branch  
management.  Jon, Anthony and I worked together over the last couple  
of days at IU in Bloomington and both have begun merging a number of  
fixes to the 2.7.x branch as well as reviewed and closed a number of  
Jira tickets.  Jon and Anthony also plan on joining the maintenance  
team.

I'd like to thank Karen Watkins of Indiana University for responding  
to my call for additional branch managers.  We could use 1-2 more  
branch managers to help support the 2.6.x maintenance branch.  If your  
institution is a 2.6 school and you can volunteer some time to help  
merge fixes into the 2.6.x branch for inclusion in upcoming 2.6  
maintenance releases please contact me.
