[WG: Sakai QA] Jira: Assignments 2.7 resolved issues

This filter is better (all your resolved 2.7 issues; n=78).  If you  
need help merging these fixes do let me know.  Your fixes represent  
over 18% of the total of resolved issues (n=425).
