[WG: Sakai QA] Jira: Assignments 2.7 resolved issues

Zhen--can you review the 39 resolved issues for assignments and close  
those issues that have made it into a sakai 2.7.0 QA tag.  If the  
issue can be closed please update the fix version to sakai-2.7.0-b01  
(even if the fix was deployed with one of the earlier Sakai 2.7.0  
milestone tags).  If not but you expect the fix to go into the next  
sakai-2.7.0-b02 tag please update the fix version to sakai-2.7.0-b02.

I'm working on Jira clean up for sakai-2.7.0-b02 and could use some  
help on reviewing/cleaning up 400+ 2.7-related resolved issues.

If you need help merging any assignments fixes into 2.7.x let me  
know.  I'm cutting sakai-2.7.0-b02 on Friday and Alan would like to  
see these fixes in the next QA tag if they can be merged.
