[WG: Sakai QA] qa1 unvailability

Hi all,

qa1 may be unavailable this weekend due to 2 incidents:

1) Emergency repairs on the SMW4 undersea cable system might cause an
international connectivity outage (and at least degrade it severely) for
6 hours on Saturday night (bad weather could extend the outage window)

2) Sunday morning is UCT's maintenance window and work will be done on
our internet connectivity between 09:00 - 10:00 SAST (GMT+2)
