[WG: Sakai QA] 2.6.1 update: branch prepped

I've prepped the 2.6.1 release branch for artifact generation.  Before  
I generate artifacts however, I'd like to request that the branch be  
checked out and deployed to the 2.6 QA servers for a final tire  
kicking by project teams (particularly assignments, chat, osp and  
samigo) as well as selenium script test.

I plan to generate artifacts on Wednesday.
