[WG: Sakai QA] Trunk/2.6.x broke: 2.6.1 update (refresh to 2.6.x -r67199; blocker remains)

Just received a report that a fix that was merged to 2.6.x broke both  
the maintenance branch and trunk.  A patch has been committed so I  
will have to refresh the 2.6.x-qa branch.

Please stand by.
