[WG: Sakai QA] Sakai testing servers: QA and nightly2.sakaiproject.org

Jean-Francois,
I added that locale to qa3-us and can see through the UI that it worked, but
I don¹t see anything else in the logs.  Do I need to add debug logging for
the ResourceLoader via sakai.properties as well?
