    We're having issues getting the database restored so this instance may be down a bit longer than expected.
    Worse case is we'll have to use an empty database and will no longer be able to test the oracle conversion scripts.

         QA3-US will be going down shortly to get the new tag.  As usual, the DB will be restored to the previous state and the conversion scripts will be run.  
      There will be a period of downtime while the db is being restored.
