[WG: Sakai QA] [Building Sakai] [Using Sakai] Safari 4.0 and Sakai 2.6

In the past one of the key reasons that Sakai did not support Safari
was the lack of FCKeditor support for Safari (or perhaps I should say,
a lack of Safari support for FCKeditor.) With Safari 4 not only
supporting FCKeditor, I think that we should reconsider testing and
supporting Safari.

On Fluid, we chose to support the Yahoo A Grade browsers, as a good
snapshot of high-quality, modern browsers with a reasonably high
installed base: http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/articles/gbs/
