[sakai-pmc] Moving sakai-pmc to Apereo Google groups week of March 23

Hi Sakai PMC,

The week of March 23 we will create a new Apereo Google Group called
sakai-pmc at apereo.org. Everyone subscribed to this list on
collab.sakaiproject.org, will be moved over (aka subscribed) to the new
group as part of the process.

When the new group is created. I'll send a notification to this list and to
the new email group to confirm the move. From that point forward, emails
should be sent to sakai-pmc at apereo.org . We will turn the old emali list
off (this one) shortly after the move, and move the archives to a static
web site by end of April at latest.
