[sakai-pmc] Review 10.4 documentation?

Links seem good to me,

I'm not seeing on any of the pages information on where you can try out
Sakai demo on a QA instance.Maybe it's mentioned but I'm just not seeing
it. I think we should be de-emphasizing the pre-built demo (since it will
be mostly going away in 11) and maybe making people more aware that the
nighties exist? Especially with the new nightly instances being available
that demo both MySQL and Oracle. Or maybe pitching it as a "try out live
Sakai and get active in QA"?
