[sakai-pmc] Update on Stack Overflow sites

62 each, neck and neck.

My concern is that once you get past the questions with 10 votes, it drops
dramatically to 6/5/3 etc, so need many more votes (and hence people) to
get up.

So do we just stick with the Apereo one? I can reach out again to the other
community groups to see if they can also push it to encourage more
questions and voting.
