Regarding both of these questions on Morpheus and iFrames, I believe either
Dr. Chuck, Gonzalo or Mark Reilly would be best (only) people to answer
them, and only Dr. Chuck is probably on this list.

There is an 11 nightly environment, but I don't know how to switch it over
to the responsive design portal off-hand.
