[sakai-pmc] Kickstarter School

[Neal Caidin]

All that being said, if this solution won't work or if there is a better 
one, I'm not tied to it.

So far, I haven't found any other practical options. As you said, 
Kickstarter and Indiegogo probably aren't the right choices.
