[sakai-pmc] Decommission Collab server?

That sounds like a configuration issue to me - we use a bunch of google groups and can both reply to list without going to the web interface for the group, and subscribe in the form announcements+subscribe at apereo.org - although this latter is pretty sparsely documented, and I believe I had to ask John Lewis how ...;)

We migrated announcements (merged with Jasig announcements) and the old sakai europe lists a while back. Both seem to be working OK
