Yeah, looks semi authentic. You need 40 questions with 10 (up) votes each.

You also need 60 registered followers (which is probably the bigger
hurdle), but because each user can only up vote 5 questions in a topic,
seems like you'd need at least 20 non-followers to stop in and give their
votes. Though if some people do down vote questions it will take even more.
:(

Seems like it's a good forum if it works out though. Some of the questions
tagged Sakai already looked pretty good.
