[sakai-pmc] Facebook: Sakai Project Group

I'm happy to help keep it up to date. I suggested it be deleted since there
were only 4 members. We can do a promo run. Its probably diffivult to
funnel people through the Apereo page that are looking for Sakai stuff on
Facebook. It could be a good way to get more info out there by posting
release announcements etc.
