[sakai-pmc] Archiving pages and spaces in Confluence

Stats are configurable btw. Look under Archiving -> Configuration.

Plug-in is courtesy of Midori , 
http://midori.hu/products/confluence-archiving-plugin/documentation/  , 
apparently out of Hungary.
