An initial open discussion regarding Sakai 11 priorities was held recently at the Phoenix Apero Camp. A straw man list of proposed improvements and changes that surfaced during the discussion is available in Confluence. [1] For convenience, the substance of the doc is included below.

Contributors are encouraged to add/edit items to the list in Confluence as well as share their ideas on the public lists. However, no item should be considered a Sakai 11 deliverable until firm work and resource commitments are secured.
