[sakai-pmc] Meta-thoughts about Proposals

I like that.

Makes a lot of sense and simplifies things considerably. There still may be
cases when posting to other lists and sometimes to the Announcements list
makes sense, but generally speaking this seems much saner.

I have started a blog on the Apereo website. It does not yet have a
subscribe option (that's kind of weird, isn't it?). I believe getting this
fixed is in the queue somewhere and it does not stop something like this
from moving forward as a communications strategy.

For Twitter, I prefer that it comes from a more official Sakai channel than
just my personal account (though I do publish #sakaiproject information on
my tweets).

Once the subscription function is added, Seth says he can add to
planetsakai.org .

Thanks,
Neal
