[sakai-pmc] Roster2 relocation?

Hi all,

The Roster2 proposal passed and both Roster1/Profile1 are gone from trunk
as of yesterday. Roster2 is in the trunk build already but the externals
point to contrib/roster2/trunk.

Was the plan to move it to the main SVN or leave it in contrib and just
pull it in via externals?

Likewise for other tools being proposed.
